Booking & Payments

  • Services can be booked online or by walking in.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or before participation.

  • Deposits may be required for large group or private event bookings.

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy

We offer a full refund if you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice. If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, we offer credit toward a future session instead.

Waivers & Liability

  • All participants must sign a liability waiver before engaging in activities.

  • Participation is at your own risk.

  • Participants must be at least 13 years old to throw axes.

  • We reserve the right to deny service to anyone under the influence or acting inappropriately.

Alcohol Policy

  • Alcohol is served on-site. BYOB is not allowed.

  • Valid ID is required for all alcohol purchases.

  • A maximum of three drinks per person is allowed while participating in axe throwing.

Venue Rules

  • Safety instructions must be followed at all times.

  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the venue without refund.

  • We are not responsible for personal belongings brought to the venue.

Media & Photos

  • We may take photos and videos during your visit to use in promotional materials or on our website/social media.

  • If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify us in writing.

  • You’re welcome to take and share your own photos of your experience!
